This is welcome news. National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Director Alan Purisima encourages the public to send the videos of misbehaving cops to him at ncrpoit@yahoo.com. If he wants your videos, then it seems photos of cops snapped while being accosted for ‘merienda’ money or for more nefarious reasons. Hopefully this will start keeping those boys in blue in line.
